The project is a 26,500 SF renovation of the historic 5-story Douglas Inn, on The Monument Square in downtown Urbana, Ohio. The completed project will offer four street side retail tenant spaces, twelve one-bedroom and five two-bedroom accessible apartments and social activity spaces. Through historic tax credit funding the building exterior will be preserved.
