A 33,000 square foot 1 and 2 bedroom apartment building design study. There are 33 apartments plus a separate 9 car garage. Included is a large community room and kitchen for United Senior Services to use as a satellite and congregate meal site in New Carlisle. Special attention was made for aging universal design and complying with green building standards.
