A 5,600 sf addition to an existing residence. The remodeled and expanded home includes a two-car garage, guest room (with its own full bathroom and kitchenette), laundry room, craft room, master bedroom (with walk-in closet), master bathroom, and covered entryway. The kitchen, dining room, and living room were also expanded. The design allowed the homeowners to stay in a neighborhood they loved with a home that better served their needs.
