The project includes construction of a new Family Aquatic Center. The Facility includes swimming pool, water park features, a bathhouse building with entry/ticket booth, restroom/shower rooms, concessions, offices, storage, and mechanical rooms; a pumphouse building with pool and water feature mechanical and storage. Site improvements include site grading, paved parking lot and driveways, concrete decks/sidewalks, new water service, sanitary sewer service, gas service, electrical service from local utility systems, and fine finish grading ready for seeding by Owner.
