This is a renovation of approximately 9,800 square feet of a 41,000 square foot building for TAC Enterprises. It consists of new interior metal stud walls, lay-in ceilings, carpentry work (cabinets, countertops), new restrooms, new doors and windows, and new flooring. There was also a new 1,124 square foot solarium with masonry walls being added to the south side of the building. Work includes new lighting and outlets, HVAC modification and new plumbing, totaling to a 10,924 SF project size.
