This three suite, 10,000 square foot medical office building is located in Springfield along historic High Street. The design concept was to blend with the large homes by using materials and massing. The tower replicates other victorian designs and provides a visual focus and entrance. The largest condominium space provides exam and treatment rooms for four ophthalmologists plus business and common space. A 2,000 square foot basement provides record storage and mechanical systems. Also included in the design was office space for an orthopedic surgeon's practice. The project was completed in 1989.
