This project was the addition to and renovation of an existing downtown office space into the new business use group to accommodate a full service optometrist's office. The plan includes waiting areas, display and showroom, business office, exam rooms, and lab areas. The total new office area is 2,746 square feet. This project was completed in 1998 at a cost of $210,000.
