The work consisted of the demolition of an existing 3-story 25,493 SF brick building, the renovation of an existing 12,000 SF pre-engineered metal building, and the renovation and partial demolition of a 9,220 SF concrete block building. Site demolition, site work, landscaping, and fencing were also included in the project.

Functional areas include Administrative offices, a large meeting/training room, ready room for the drivers, locker area and restrooms. The vehicular areas include large maintenance bay with associated parts storage and lube room, wash bay with vacuum and pressure wash, and parking for 16 vehicles.
