McCall Sharp Architecture teamed with PDG on this project as the design architect. The building consists of a new 16,944 square foot facility. The office area is 4,800 square feet and the garage area is 12,144 square feet. The facility includes areas for light vehicular maintenance, a wash bay with an undercarriage spray system and a commercial vacuum and pressure washer, parts and equipment storage, and parking for 19 vehicles.

This building is a standard pre-engineered, steel frame structure that houses both office and vehicular functions in an efficient and effective design.
