This project consist of a new 11,860 square foot maintenance facility attached to the existing Engineer’s office. Areas include a new entry, ready room, men’s and women’s locker rooms, Superintendent’s and maintenance offices, parts’ storage, (4) maintenance bays, and lube/oil room. Also site work for twenty-five (25) new parking spaces, fuel island and canopy, and miscellaneous renovation as requested and within the budget of $1,200,000.
