This project represents the creation of an entirely new public works facility designed from scratch with the client. The project includes a 26,894 square foot combined office, maintenance, and vehicular storage building; a 6,720 square foot refuse truck storage building; a 7,680 square foot cold storage building; an underground fueling island; a vehicle wash facility; and associated materials storage areas. This project is a full service city maintenance facility.
