This project consists of the renovation of the existing building’s office area of 3,016 square feet, an office
addition of 2,678 square feet and work in the existing 12,000 square foot vehicular storage and maintenance
high bay area. The addition is constructed of slab on grade, metal building and EIFS. There is minor site work. Plumbing, mechanical, and electrical are included under the general contractor.
