Construction is complete on this new 16,275 square foot Fire, EMS, and Township Administration building. The building includes Township Administrative Offices with a large public meeting/activity hall. The main entry invites you into a spacious lobby with access to both Fire and Township administration areas. The lobby will further serve as a gallery reflecting on the history of the Township. The Fire & EMS portion of the building includes sleeping quarters, living and kitchen areas, exercise, and meeting/training rooms. Finally, apparatus bays with built-in training areas and all associated spaces such as turn-out gear room, decon/laundry, cascade/maintenance, and EMS storage are included in the design. This project was completed for just over $100/SF and is a full service Fire & EMS facility.
