A 9,568 SF facility consisting of 6,240 SF of apparatus bays renovated, 2,283 SF of offices, dorms, and
bathrooms renovated, 1,045 SF of additions for day room and kitchen areas. This building was formerly an existing E-Check building that we also added new doors, drives, generator and HVAC. Existing masonry was matched with the new so you cannot tell it has been added onto. Natural daylighting and ventilation was emphasized in the design.
