This 20, 325 SQ. FT. Fire & EMS Facility has five drive-thru bays that divides the administrative (offices) areas from the living quarters, and a 42’-0” tall training tower. There are 10 individual bunk rooms, not including a separate Lieutenant’s office with their own bed and restroom, combined kitchen and dayroom, outdoor patio, training room for up to 25 people, and offices, including a small conference room on the administrative side of the building.
