This project includes renovation of an existing one story building with masonry bearing walls and a steel roof structure with an added canopy and one story building addition. The entire building addition is designed to meet ICC 500 requirements for a tornado storm shelter. The existing building renovation will include office space, storage, and a training room. The total project scope covers 6,625 square feet. Site work includes new pavement for new driveways and parking and a perimeter security fence.
