Champaign Bank - Addition
Urbana, OH
2003
McCall Sharp Genet Architecture completed a renovation and expansion to enhance both operational efficiency and customer experience within this financial facility. The project introduced a dedicated call center with five stations, along with flexible work and storage areas designed to accommodate future growth.
A new customer service counter was strategically positioned with direct visibility from the main bank hall, serving as a clear point of arrival and control while maintaining seamless connectivity to the call center and adjacent customer offices. The renovation also included a reconfigured teller area with four stations located adjacent to the existing vault for improved workflow and security, as well as a private safety deposit box viewing room and supervisory office.
Additional improvements support long-term adaptability, including provisions for future conference spaces and expanded restroom facilities for both staff and customers. The design balances operational functionality with a clear, customer-focused layout, reinforcing efficiency, visibility, and ease of use throughout the space.
