McCall Sharp  Architecture completed renovation work on this facility, which provided space for current call center functions (five stations) and work/storage area, which allows for future expansion. It provides a customer service counter with immediate visibility from bank hall entry that is connected to call center, visually connected to customer offices and can act as a customer control point. It also provides a new teller area adjacent to vault for four teller stations, one safety deposit box viewing room, one supervisory office and a work/ support/ storage area. It also provides options for additional consumer conference areas and an additional toilet room for employees and customers.
