This project involved the renovation of 12,000 square feet and the addition of 30,000 square feet to transform existing facilities into a comprehensive Junior/Senior High School. The $2.1 million investment introduced modern classrooms, computer labs, a gymnasium, food service facilities, a cafeteria, and a variety of student-centered spaces designed to support both learning and community.

Working collaboratively with school leadership and the Board of Education, our team helped define the program, develop the design, and lead the project through construction. We provided cost estimating, budget oversight, and coordination of seven prime contractors, maintaining quality and consistency from concept through completion.
