McCall Sharp Architecture was selected to update classroom technology through this four-story downtown building and to renovate the first floor into start-up business lease space. The creation of five leasable offices, with infrastructure to support them, was created from former classroom space. A distance learning classroom and two multi-purpose conference rooms, as well as a pleasing reception space and several gathering areas, round out the tenant needs for a high technology and informal work environment.
